Graduated from University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the U.S. and Australian markets, Henry Lu is the driving force behind A2Z Civil Engineers. His technical expertise spans surveying, residential and commercial land development, stormwater management, and site engineering, helping global clients deliver precise, code-compliant designs with confidence.

In addition to his technical background, Henry plays a key leadership role in strategic planning, team development, and client engagement. He has built and managed cross-functional engineering teams capable of scaling for high-volume, deadline-driven international projects.

He is proficient in a wide range of industry-standard tools, including: Civil 3D, Vehicle Tracking, Infrawork, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, Storm and Sanitary Analysis and EPANet.

As Co-Founder and Vice-President of A2Z Civil Engineers, Leonard Phung Graduated from University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City and bring over to 10 years of experience delivering high-quality civil engineering support for projects across the United States and Australia. His focus lies in residential and commercial land development, with deep expertise in site layout, grading, and vehicle movement analysis.

Specializing in residential projects and grading design, Leonard applies his Civil 3D and Vehicle Tracking expertise to produce precise, construc tible plans that align with both client goals and local regulations.

Nho Vo is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the United States. He gratuated from the University of Nebraska, with over 10 years of experience in transportation, residential, and commercial land development. As Technical Advisor at A2Z Civil Engineers, he provides strategic guidance to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of design quality and regulatory compliance.

With a strong background in roadway design, grading, stormwater systems, and site planning, Nho brings a practical, solution-driven mindset to every project. His experience working with U.S. codes, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams adds invaluable insight to A2Z’s production process.

Nho also plays a key role in training and mentoring the team, helping bridge technical expectations between U.S.-based clients and offshore teams.
