acquisition, training, and employee experience. She ensures that A2Z Civil Engineers attracts
and retains high-performing engineers while fostering a workplace culture based on professional
growth, collaboration, and international work standards.
Sarah is also the bridge between leadership and staff, playing a key role in supporting long-term
team stability and operational efficiency. -

Helen manages A2ZCE’s financial operations, including client invoicing, budgeting, and
expense tracking. With a detail-oriented mindset and a strong grasp of international accounting
practices, she ensures that all financial transactions are timely, accurate, and transparent.
Trang plays a key role in supporting cross-border projects by preparing clear financial
documentation, assisting with contract billing cycles, and maintaining smooth communication
with clients and vendors regarding payments. -

Jet Nguyen manages all of A2ZCE’s internal IT systems, ensuring a secure, efficient, and
collaborative working environment across local and international teams. From network
infrastructure and software integration to cloud storage and cybersecurity, Jet plays a vital role in
enabling smooth technical operations behind every project.
He is committed to maintaining system uptime, protecting client data, and continuously
improving team productivity through smart technology choices.

David brings deep expertise in residential site design, combining topographic survey data with
engineering precision to deliver effective grading, drainage, and utility plans. He is skilled in Civil 3D and
HydroCAD, and ensures each design aligns with site conditions and local standards. Known for his
practical approach and attention to detail, David plays a vital role in guiding the team and supporting
successful project delivery. -

Commercial & Land Development | Stormwater Systems
Tony leads A2Z’s civil team with a strong focus on commercial and land development projects.
With expertise in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and HEC-RAS, he ensures grading, drainage, and utility
designs meet code and performance standards. Tony bridges project management and
production, mentoring junior staff and delivering consistent, high-quality results. -
Long Ho
Structural Team Leader
Bridge & Transportation Structures | Finite Element Analysis
Long Ho is a highly skilled structural engineer with a Master of Engineering in Transportation
Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. He specializes in bridge design and
advanced structural analysis, leveraging software such as Midas Civil, RM Bridge, ABAQUS, Plaxis, FB-
Pier, IDEA StatiCa, and GEO5.
With strong expertise in AASHTO and ASTM standards, Long ensures every design meets the highest
levels of safety, compliance, and performance. His work plays a vital role in delivering durable, efficient,
and future-ready transportation infrastructure.
